  Pretty disappointed with the experience for the money I spent. Was hard to find parking so I arrived right on my scheduled appointment time, there was a couple of girls in front of me so I waited patiently til they were done, was greeted by my therapist who’s first words were “what’s your name”... and upon finding out I was her appointing was like “you need to come through right now as your appoinent time has started”... umm okay? After I got changed it was quite a few minutes before she returned and she spent a good amount of time clanking things around the room wasting more of my “commenced appointment time” .... the massage was nice and the facial was okay but my skin didn’t feel any different afterwards. Quite frankly I’m more dissatisfied with the customer service, being a beauty therapist myself I would have treated a first time customer very differently. Probably won’t return purely based off this, felt very rushed and just like another number not like a client they wanted to keep.
