  Worst place ever to shop - Robbing Customers - Ordered dinning table & Rug on 6 OCT 2017 from their Caroline Springs Store in Melbourne and asked them to deliver asap then they give mid Nov delivery date - Asked them few times I need urgently but nobody contacted me. Today on 31 OCT 2017 went to their store in Caroline Spings and asked the delivery date again and they said delivery has been delayed - Now expecting end of Nov. I asked them I need a date then they said no idea of exact or roughly date. When asked for refund so I can buy from someone else then charged me $280 for nothing - So disappointed - Sales person Guy Michael M was very rude - didn't care that it was our first purchase & kept arguing - Will never shop from them again - You guys be carefull too because they don't care about their customers at all - only care about money.

  Very bad experience with store at Caroline spring! Would never return, when they delivered the item to my address, they took payment by EFTPO, somehow machine cannot print out the receipt. They declined payment has been taken and advised us the item need to return to store! Even we proved the money has taken from our account. In the end we have to called police to attend and stop their robbery behaviour. I lodged my complaint online to head office, no one ever contact us!

  Have to say I was extremely impressed with the help here. They helped me find a part for a bed I bought from another retailer, so I came back a week later and bought a dining set that I spotted on my first visit. Made a mistake in measuring but they allowed me to change it to a different size even though it'd already been delivered.

  We came in had a good look at the mattresses and dealt with a lady that we thought was very helpful. In the end we left to look at another furniture store but we decided to come back and buy the mattress of $600 but after being greeted by a very man we decided to take our business somewhere else. We purchased a bunk bed from them a while ago and won't be going back there.
