  The sale of our property was a difficult decision turned into an easy exercise. From the first contact with Crane Real Estate I was impressed. I contacted Crane to appraise my property and met with them to get a feel for their persona and character. I had multiple other agents come through and look at my home to appraise and give me an plan of sale. Crane did not pitch me the highest price which I could achieve rather they let me set the bar at what I wanted. I obviously set what I thought was an extremely difficult target from the data I had from other agents and my own research. Ultimately they took it onboard and reached the difficult goal I set them.

  - He didn't let us speak. He spoke AT us not to us. It was in no way personal or casual. It was a pitch. He didn't let us speak. The only questions he asked were seeking confirmation and validation from us. He didn't even let his nephew speak. (Apparently the sale was his first and was for him)

  - He brought out the exclusive sale contract without even letting us discuss the whole thing with each other and when we said we needed time to think and discuss, he promptly packed his things and left -Making us feel like just another notch and not worth his time.

  Unlike the unhappy reviewer here, my husband and I actually hired Anthony to sell our home. The main reason we hired him was because he wasn't pushy like all the agents that we had over to appraise our home. In addition, he provided the most information regarding the process of selling our home. I found him to be honest and he was open to our needs. Anthony not only exceeded our expectations, but also provided us with assistance in negotiating our next purchase.

  Throughout the process I was kept in the loop by Anthony who was leading the sales and all the other Agents assisting him. I even sent family into the open for inspections held while I wasn’t there and was told there were 3 agents at the open and they all were well versed in the properties strengths and extremely well presented professional.

  - With regards to pricing, because he didn't bother to view the property at all, he couldn't possibly give us a sale price (which he didn't attempt to do anyway). When asked how much his rates and advertising fees and commission are, he avoided answering that too.

  - He advised us that he would be in contact when he was on his way. This didn't happen. Instead he simply showed up without notice. (And stayed for an hour on a Tuesday night until 8:40pm)
